Darryl Ebbatson
Darryl wrote most of the tracks which ultimately became 'Space to Hula' over a number of years. The title was taken from lyrics in the track 'Futurama' about the 1939 World's Fair in New York. Most of the tracks were complete except for lead vocals.
Having recently worked with Ed on the 'Abbey Cottage' album, he asked Ed if he would sing the tracks. Ed agreed and also completed lyrics for some of the unfinished tracks ('Nothing Fits' and 'Paris Lantern'). He also played guitar on a couple of tracks ('Paris Lantern' and 'Things Happen')

Once the current Blondel project with Terry Wincott is complete, Darryl and Ed will be working on a new project 'In Cahoots' - involving extra musicians to record a new country-tinged album and possible live dates.
The album 'Space to Hula' is now available to purchase and download in our shop.
